SERVICES AVAILABLE
Individual psychotherapy helps you to learn about yourself. I work through behavioral, communicational, thought, and relational patterns.
Individual Therapy is useful when you need clarity on your values and overall direction in life, but sessions can also be used as a safe place to de-stress and work through trauma and other complex, unresolved issues that are impacting your day-to-day.
Since every person is different, I focus on tailoring our individual counseling to suit the needs of the client. Individual therapy sessions offer clients a place to discuss things that weigh them down, from present issues to things from your past or both.
The first session is usually 2 hours long and will be mainly used to get a clear idea of the client's current needs in order for the therapist to propose a treatment action plan.
Follow-up sessions are usually 45-60 minutes long.

How does it work?
Coaching looks different depending on the need of the educational setting.
At a glance:
Collaborating with teachers and administrators to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies aiming to support behavioral needs.
Providing feedback and coaching to teachers to help improve their instructional practices for all learners.
Conduct classroom observations and assessments to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions.
Developing and implementing behavior management plans to help students who are having difficulty in the classroom.
Providing professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Behavioral Coaching- Educational Setting
What is it?
An educational coach's purpose is to offer guidance and assistance to both educators and administrators so they can accomplish institutional objectives.
The main responsibility is to assist teachers in creating efficient classroom management and instruction practices, as well as to work with stakeholders to create an MTSS framework for best practices. Early intervention is the main objective of MTSS with the goal to aid students with different challenges to be at grade level with their peers. It highlights the "whole child." It consequently promotes growth not only in academics but also in many other areas such as conduct, social and emotional needs, and absenteeism (school refusal).
My main focus is social-emotional and behavioral, however, I do work with a team that focuses on the academic component as well.
